
When I feel doubtful or fearful — I am aware of how much I am crushing my dreams. I don't like visiting these temporary dark places. I feel unworthy, inadequate, or like I’m just not going to make it.
Tiny shifts in thinking bring me back to my upbeat, optimistic self. Yay!
Tiny Mind Shifts:
- Limit the time and energy you spend dwelling on the success of others. Focus on you.
- Learn from those stories what worked.
- Don’t play small like you don’t matter.
- You've got big and exciting things going on. Use your valuable life energy to play big and feel worthy.
- Create a plan. At least have some idea of what’s supposed to happen. Life may not go exactly according to plan, but that's not excuse to toss it up in the air with a ‘let’s just wait and see what happens’ approach.
- Expand your vision. Your possibilities are endless.
A healthy state of mind takes practice. It doesn’t happen in one day.
