Self confidence is trusting yourself.

It's believing that you're better than ok; that you're good just the way you are.

Self confidence: It starts with a thought. What I think about me is more important than what you think about me. Even though you know this to be a true statement, that doesn't mean you may not still spend a time worrying about what other people think about you. Research proves that our internal dialogue impacts the quality of our lives. If you speak or think negatively about yourself, well, where's that going to get you? Building confidence requires saying yes to yourself.
Say, "yes" to what you do well. Me? I stick my head on other people's bodies.

Say, "yes" to your strengths. Forgive a weakness or two.

Achieving your big life vision requires confidence. Your dream is possible. We all have a few immutable traits, flaws, or natural inclinations holding us back from time to time. And not everything can be fixed. Yet we can take responsibility for changing the things about us that can be changed—the things we know need changing. I’m a big believer in playing to your strengths and . Even if you're unclear about what you want to do with your life, give yourself permission to dream the biggest dream imaginable. Invest in your self development by continually saying, "yes" to yourself. Yes? Yes!
